Appointments and Services
Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and availability. The scope, timing, responsibilities, fees, and deliverables for professional services are governed by the applicable engagement agreement or other written confirmation. Website pricing is starting-at or general pricing information unless expressly identified otherwise, and final fees may vary with complexity and scope.
Text Message Program
If you expressly opt in, Tait’s Tax Service Inc. may send appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation updates, and replies to inquiries you send to the Tait’s Tax Service Inc. business number, to the mobile number you authorize. You may opt in by selecting the unchecked text-message consent box while booking, or by reviewing the complete disclosure on our Contact page and texting YES to 631-825-2626. Sending an ordinary question without first opting in does not enroll a number in the program. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and user-initiated conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Business Calls and Text Conversations
Calls and person-to-person text conversations with Tait’s Tax Service Inc. may be routed through a communications provider and may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable. The website does not record call audio. Ordinary SMS is not a secure transfer method, so do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking details, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information by text.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, scrape the website in a manner that impairs service, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary contact form or chat. Use the secure client portal or another transfer method specifically approved by Tait’s Tax Service Inc.
External Websites and Services
The website may link to or embed services operated by other companies, including scheduling, chat, social media, and client tools. A link or integration does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of an external service.
